Job Summary

St. Alban Roe Catholic School, a Catholic school rooted in faith, academic excellence, and service, seeks a dedicated and passionate Teacher Assistant. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic educator who is committed to nurturing the spiritual, academic, and emotional 

Job Responsibilities

• Foster a classroom environment that supports the mission and values of Catholic education.
• Integrate Catholic teachings and virtues into daily instruction and classroom culture.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and school administration.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff on cross-curricular projects and school-wide initiatives.
• Participate in faculty meetings, professional development, school liturgies, and community events.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and behavior

Job Requirements

• Practicing Catholic in good standing (preferred) and a commitment to the values of Catholic education.
• Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
• Familiarity with current educational technology and blended learning strategies.
