Key Responsibilities• Review, assess, and moderate Albanian-language user-generated content across social media platforms, ensuring full compliance with community guidelines and platform policies. • Identify, investigate, and action potential violations including hate speech, misinformation, graphic content, spam, harassment, and fraudulent activity within social media environments. • Utilise advanced internal moderation tools and workflows to efficiently process and resolve content review queues with accuracy and consistency. • Analyse patterns of harmful behaviour and escalate complex or high-severity cases to senior trust and safety teams or relevant law enforcement contacts where appropriate. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of content moderation policies by providing structured feedback and insights based on emerging trends observed within Albanian-language social media communities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including legal, policy, and product departments to support the development of safer digital experiences on social media platforms. • Maintain meticulous records of reviewed cases, decisions, and outcomes in accordance with internal data management protocols and quality assurance standards. • Participate actively in regular training sessions, team briefings, and calibration exercises to stay current with evolving platform policies and digital safety best practices.
