About Allwyn Rockets Graduate Program

The Allwyn Rockets Graduate Program is a new 15-month, full-time career acceleration journey for ambitious Master's graduates. You'll build deep expertise in your role, gain cross-functional experience, and learn from industry experts — all while feeling part of something bigger and empowered to make an impact**. 3...2...1... IGNITE your CAREER!**

Commercial Stream (CRM, Product Marketing or Communications)

Choose your path: CRM, Product Marketing or Communications. Depending on the path you choose, you'll work alongside experts who:

🎯 CRM (Customer Relationship Management): Design and deliver data-driven customer journeys that build engagement, loyalty and long-term relationships.

📣 Product Marketing: Shape how products are positioned, communicated and brought to market to create value for customers and the business.

✨ Communications: Build the stories, messages and experiences that strengthen our brand and connect with customers and communities.

Whichever path you choose, you'll gain hands-on experience across customer journeys, engagement strategies and brand communications, and see how data, creativity and commercial thinking come together to create impact at scale.

Customer experiences shape how people connect with brands. Help create the moments that matter.
