As we expand our business, we are searching for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to be part our growing team.

The Role The Marketing Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting the execution of Alpha-H’s brand and retail marketing strategy. This role ensures campaigns are delivered seamlessly across all touchpoints, acting as the connective tissue between brand, retail, creative and influencer functions. You will be responsible for coordinating assets, supporting campaign rollout, and ensuring consistency and excellence across all outputs. 

What You’ll Be Doing Campaign & Launch Support  • Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across brand and retail  

• Assist in the development of campaign briefs, presentations and messaging alignment  

• Coordinate timelines, deliverables and internal workflows to ensure campaigns launch on time  

• Support product launches, ensuring all assets, copy and communications are aligned and delivered  

Retailer Marketing & Execution  • Manage the rollout of retailer campaigns including EDMs, homepage placements and promotional activity 

• Coordinate retailer asset delivery, submissions and ongoing requests  

• Support the development of online and in-store creative assets in collaboration with the design team  

• Assist with in-store activations, VM and point-of-sale materials  

• Update and maintain retailer PDPs, ensuring copy, imagery and product information is accurate and optimised 

• Coordinate sampling programs, GWPs and promotional mechanics across retail partners 

• Track and report on retailer campaign performance and key learnings  

Content, Copy & Collateral  • Support ad copy development across paid, retail and owned channels  

• Write, proofread and localise campaign copy to ensure consistency with Alpha-H’s tone of voice  

• Brief and coordinate journal articles aligned to campaign and product priorities 

Shoot & Asset Coordination  • Coordinate campaign shoots including timelines, asset lists and internal alignment  

• Manage the delivery, organisation and distribution of creative assets across teams and retail partners 

Brand & Market Insights  • Conduct regular competitor and market analysis, sharing insights with the wider marketing team  

• Support reporting across campaigns and initiatives to identify opportunities and improvements 

Cross-Functional Coordination  • Act as a key point of coordination between brand, retail, design, influencer and external partners  

• Support the marketing calendar, ensuring visibility across launches, campaigns and key moments  

• Maintain strong organisation across multiple workstreams to ensure seamless execution
