Job Title: Amazon Customer Service Representative (CSR)We are looking for an Amazon Customer Service Representative with a strong background and knowledge of Amazon Seller Central to support daily account operations and customer communications. Schedule: 10:00 am - 6:00 pm EST Responsibilities• Respond to customer emails and messages through Amazon Seller Central • Handle basic customer service inquiries related to orders, returns, and general concerns • Run, download, and upload reports from Amazon Seller Central • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely responses • Assist with general Amazon account support tasks as needed
