They provide a full range of services across Marketplace Operations, Amazon Advertising, Creative Services, and Strategic Growth, partnering with established brands to drive long-term success. The company operates in a fast-paced agency environment where collaboration, accountability, and operational excellence are essential to delivering exceptional results for clients. About the RoleWe are seeking an Amazon Operations/Project Coordinator to support the company's Marketing, Seller Operations, and Creative teams. This is a highly collaborative internal role focused on driving execution, improving accountability, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Advertising, strong project management skills, and the confidence to follow up with team members at all levels of the organization. This position is not client-facing and does not involve direct people management. You will work closely with the Director of Marketing, Director of Marketplace Operations, and department leaders to coordinate projects, manage workflows, identify blockers, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional Coordination & Accountability • Coordinate work across Marketing, Seller Operations, and Creative teams. • Track deliverables, deadlines, and project milestones to ensure timely completion. • Follow up proactively on outstanding tasks and escalate blockers when necessary. • Maintain clear communication between departments and ensure alignment on priorities. • Support leadership by identifying risks and keeping projects moving forward.

Project Management & Execution • Manage internal projects, process improvements, tool implementations, and operational initiatives. • Build project plans, assign tasks, monitor progress, and drive projects to completion. • Facilitate internal meetings, document action items, and ensure follow-through. • Support product launches and cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.

Process Improvement & Documentation • Create and maintain SOPs, process documentation, and internal knowledge resources. • Convert meeting notes and recorded trainings into actionable documentation. • Assist with onboarding workflows and operational process improvements. • Research tools, vendors, and solutions and provide recommendations to leadership.

Systems & Workflow Management • Maintain and optimize project management systems, including ClickUp. • Build dashboards, workflows, automations, and reporting structures. • Ensure project data remains accurate and up to date. • Promote adoption of project management best practices across teams.
