Role: Amazon Reimbursement Specialist Hours: 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time USD Salary: Negotiable based on experience

Summary:  Amazon Reimbursement Specialist provides expert-level knowledge in identifying, validating, and filing reimbursement cases for all FBA-related issues, including inbound lost, lost and damaged inventory, misclassified fees, incorrect charges, and other related discrepancies. They ensure accurate tracking, timely resolution, and optimization of reimbursement processes. Advanced candidates bring experience building or maintaining automated reimbursement software, enabling scalable and efficient claim management. Prior experience reconciling inbound discrepancies is highly desirable.

Primary Responsibilities:  • Identify, validate, and submit reimbursement claims for FBA-related issues, including lost, damaged, or misclassified inventory and incorrect fees • Monitor and track reimbursement cases to ensure timely and accurate resolution • Analyze reimbursement trends to identify recurring issues and implement preventative measures • Collaborate with internal teams to reconcile inventory discrepancies and billing errors • Build, maintain, or improve automated reimbursement tools and workflows (for advanced-level candidates) • Generate reports and provide insights to optimize reimbursement processes • Maintain compliance with Amazon policies and procedures • Reconcile inbound FBA shipments and identify inbound lost discrepancies that qualify for reimbursement
