Teammate Enablement & Resource Creation: • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, job aids, and resources to support care teams (e.g., Engagement Specialists, Care Coordinators) in executing patient engagement workflows. • Partner with clinical and operations leaders to identify knowledge gaps and design content or guidance that improves team performance. • Support the deployment of new tools and resources, ensuring successful adoption by field teammates.
