Job Purpose

 

Support senior leadership, including the CEO, within the CEO Office function, in driving effective decision-making and governance by structuring key topics, orchestrating executive forums, and ensuring alignment and follow-through on strategic priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Structure and coordinate key governance forums (e.g., ExCom, EMT, Board), ensuring clear agendas aligned with business priorities
  • Consolidate, synthesize, and frame strategic topics for senior leadership review
  • Develop high-quality materials outlining options, trade-offs, and recommendations
  • Track key decisions and ensure effective follow-up and execution discipline across functions
  • Maintain visibility on strategic initiatives and proactively flag risks, delays, or misalignment
  • Support preparation of senior leadership and CEO interactions (briefings, talking points, key messages)
  • Coordinate cross-functional inputs to enable timely and well-informed decision-making
  • Drive overall rigor, structure, and consistency in executive-level discussions and outputs

 

Minimum Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or other relevant qualification.
  • Experience of 6–8 years of experience, with background in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., MBB or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and structuring skills
  • Ability to synthesize complex topics into clear and actionable insights
  • Experience supporting senior leadership or working on high-impact strategic topics
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of ownership and ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • High maturity and professionalism; low ego, team-oriented mindset
