- Partner with fellow colleagues on projects, pitch preparation, business development and knowledge management
- Recommend approach and develop target company lists through market research
- Identify, calibrate and prioritize potential candidates through internal firm network, external resources and market outreach
- Manage the project team throughout the search processes to drive startegy and client solutions
Requirements
- Prior Experience in management consulting firm or executive search is strongly preferred
- Superior Project Management abilities and initiatives to lead assignments with minimal guidance
- Highly result oriented and able to work well with the team members across firm
- Highly motivated problem solvers who possess intellectual curiosity, a readiness to tackle challenges and qualitative analytical skills
