Analyst, Employee Benefits & Retirement

About The Role: Join a top-ranked brokerage firm recognized as an industry leader. We’re looking for a Benefits Analyst to support our Employee Benefits and Retirement Practice. In this fast-paced, client-focused role, you’ll partner with Account Managers to deliver exceptional service and insights across the full lifecycle of employee benefits plans.

What You’ll Do: • Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to service and retain benefits clients • Prepare reports for new business, renewals, and plan updates • Conduct marketing, including preparing specs, reviewing quotes, and recommending solutions • Analyze data to develop quarterly experience reports and renewal projections • Maintain and update client files in our broker management system (e.g., EPIC) • Support clients via phone or in person with benefit inquiries and complex claims • Troubleshoot issues and help administer clients’ benefit plans • Assist with cross-selling and upselling HUB’s benefits solutions • Perform account audits and coordinate with insurance carriers as needed
