Maxwell Energy focuses on delivering scalable and high-quality BMS solutions to OEMs and other partners in the EV industry Description: Maxwell is seeking talented and motivated recent graduate to join our core Application Engineering team as an Intern . In this role, you will play a vital role in the development and implementation of our Battery Management Systems for Electric Vehicles applications. You will gain valuable hands-on experience working alongside experienced engineers across various disciplines, contributing to the continuous improvement of Maxwell cutting-edge BMS technology. Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with customers throughout the integration process, ensuring successful BMS adoption in their EV applications. ● Participate in requirement elicitation and technical discussions to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable design specifications. ● Integrate Maxwell solutions/electronics components into customer systems(vehicle/energy storage systems) through thorough documentation, onboarding and customer visits.
