Asset Manager (자산관리) (AM3)

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES • Handover processes for developed or acquired logistics assets; performing overall asset management duties.

• Supporting lease negotiations and managing lease agreements and tenant relations. • Planning, reviewing, and process management for Capital Expenditure (CapEx) and Repair & Maintenance (R&M) • Developing operational strategies for logistics assets and managing budgets, including annual OPEX planning. • Managing cash flow, including rent, CapEx, R&M • Stakeholder coordination
