As Assistant Director, you will be responsible for analyzing digital marketing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to optimize our marketing strategies and enhance our performance across all digital platforms. Working closely with the President to analyze digital marketing data and extract reports.   Duties & Responsibilities   • Collect and analyze data from various digital marketing channels including social media, website traffic, email campaigns, and paid advertising. Use statistical tools to interpret data sets and identify patterns and trends. • Prepare detailed reports on marketing campaign performance, including assessments of KPIs, campaign cost analysis, and ROI. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to the marketing team based on data findings. • Work closely with marketing teams to use data insights to optimize campaigns. Test different approaches and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven insights. • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitive landscape. Analyze customer behavior, demographics, and market segments to improve targeting and campaign effectiveness. • Collaborate with other team members, including content creators, marketers, and external agencies, to align marketing strategies with data insights. • Utilize advanced digital analytics tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Analytics, SQL databases, and CRM systems. Stay updated with the latest in technology and trends in digital marketing analytics.
