We are looking for Assistant Director of Events Management

 

As a Assistant Director of Events Management,we rely on you to:

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Fully responsible for the coordination of Events Management with other hotel departments.
  2. Responsible for organizing and directing the work of the department to ensure that the team provides high quality service to customers.
  3. Follow up and analyze business information and data to ensure events sales revenue.
  4. Analyze market trends, plan and implement implementation plans to increase market occupancy.
  5. Prepare Events sales budget, and implement actively to ensure achieve budget.
  6. Determine departmental goals and plans, guide and motivate employees to achieve departmental goals.

 

We are looking for someone who:

 

  • Has a passion for events management.
  • At least 2 years’experience at the similar role.
  • Has excellent selling and communication skills.
  • Communicates and writes with fluency in English and Chinese.
  • Always kept up-to-date with latest industry trends and market practices.
  • Rich experience in organizing and executing high-end banquets.
  • Good performance promotion ability and team management ability.
