Purpose of the role
The HR Assistant Manager supports the execution of people initiatives across the SEE region, contributing to business performance by delivering HR partnering, learning and development, and data-driven insights across the employee lifecycle.
What you will do
- Act as HR Business Partner for dedicated functions (e.g. Legal, Supply Chain, Tech, Workplace), supporting managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle
- Provide guidance on hiring, onboarding, performance management, compensation, development and offboarding processes
- Identify learning needs across markets and functions and co-create development solutions with HR and business stakeholders
- Scout and evaluate external learning providers, platforms and tools to enhance the local learning ecosystem
- Support talent and leadership development programs, ensuring an inclusive and structured nomination process
- Build and manage the regional learning communication calendar to ensure visibility and engagement
- Generate and interpret HR data and insights to support strategic decision-making across the SEE zone
- Promote a data-driven mindset by enabling leaders to leverage dashboards, reports and analytics tools
- Coordinate execution of regional HR priorities (e.g. Game Plan 2026), tracking progress and ensuring timely delivery
- Lead or contribute to cross-functional HR projects and represent HR SEE in presentations and forums when needed
Skills you will need
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 4 years of experience in HR, including exposure to learning and development
- Experience supporting stakeholders across multiple HR topics within an international environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience in project management and cross-functional collaboration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving capability
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in MS Office and HR systems (e.g. SAP)
