Role summary  This role supports the manufacturing team by leading IT projects and improving processes with digital systems and automation. You will work with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O), Microsoft Power Apps, and other tools to gather requirements, coordinate vendors and internal teams, and deliver solutions on time. You will also support testing, go-live, and post go-live improvements, while keeping stakeholders informed throughout each project. 

What you'll do: Project delivery & governance  • Lead manufacturing system and process improvement projects from planning to rollout. 

• Manage stakeholders, scope, dependencies, timelines, and project communications. 

• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, issues, and next steps to management. 

• Prepare project documents and presentations for reviews and decision making. 

Business analysis & solution design  • Work with production and operations teams to understand current processes and improvement needs. 

• Document requirements clearly (process flows, functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria). 

• Translate business needs into workable solutions with internal IT and vendors (D365 F&O, Power Apps, and related platforms). 

Build/support, testing & release  • Support system changes, basic configuration updates, and data maintenance when needed. 

• Plan and run UAT: prepare test cases, manage execution, track defects, and confirm fixes. 

• Coordinate go-live activities, user communications, training readiness, and hypercare support. 

• Monitor applications after go-live and drive continuous improvements with users and vendors.
