1. Monitoring Cement Mill operation for optimum process operating conditions to achieve the targeted Production & Quality.
Also to take corrective actions to maximizing production and maintain Product quality.
2. Monitoring the correctness of CCR parameters and Process calculations.
3. Coordinate with other departments for mill maintenance and job planning.
4. Monitoring and analysis of CCR trends, Why-why analysis of each stoppage with team to find out route cause and
implementation of remedial actions.
5. Monitoring and reduction of false air infiltration.
6. Monitor efficient working of pollution control equipment’s.
7. Assist the Head of Department for studying areas of improvement. Monitoring and follow up of raw materials stock at
site.
8. Identifying material spillage points and arresting with the help of team.
9. Ensure completion of all process related jobs on schedule maintenance day.
10. Coordination with contractor for timely availability of manpower and machines.
11. Identifying the misc. requirements of department and act accordingly.
12. To ensure a safe workplace environment throughout the Cement mill area (Including RM feeding and handling).
13. To ensure that all incidents/accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented.
14. Identify unsafe act and unsafe conditions in the department and take actions accordingly.
15. Arrange personal protective material arrangement & ensure their usage at site.
16. Indent / issue of the material.
17. Raise PR for required items and follow up for early delivery.
18. Compliance for SAP related works.
