Handling internal and statutory audits.Managing QA process and ensure that Quality objectives are achieved, developing action plans for resolution of customer complaints with timely follow-up and reporting.Deploying industry best practices and achieving improved operating efficiency by using tools like poke-yoke, TPM, KAIZEN, etc
