Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

Production & Process Management: Oversee daily painting, pretreatment, and curing processes (e.g., EDP, basecoat, clearcoat) to meet production targets.
Quality Control & Troubleshooting: Monitor coating quality (dry film thickness - DFT, adhesion, color) and resolve technical defects to maintain high First Time Quality (FTQ).
Equipment & Automation: Manage robot programming (e.g., Fanuc, DURR) and maintenance, including spray booths, pumps, and conveyors, to ensure maximum uptime.
Material Optimization: Manage paint, solvent, and chemical usage, ensuring optimal consumption and cost reduction.
Safety & Environmental Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to hazardous material handling, VOC emission standards, and safety regulations.
