PURPOSE:
Manage and process occupancy expenses for US and Canada adidas Retail facilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Produce, review and process monthly rent roll and ad hoc invoices for adidas and Y-3
- Review and process percentage rent payments
- Review, track and process rent reconciliations
- Perform spot audits utilizing lease agreements and internal documents/systems
- Ad hoc payment research
- Manage monthly sales reporting process to landlords
- Update lease administration system with rental changes
- Review lease abstracts to ensure accuracy against full lease agreement
- Develop and produce reports within lease administration system to support the needs of internal business partners
- Manage communication with all Landlord counterparts and internal partners
- Support Finance Department with occupancy expense forecasting and similar inquiries
- Support Real Estate Team with ad hoc needs including but not limited to Certificate of Insurance requests, vendor creation and updates, and PO requests
- Support quarterly co-tenancy portfolio reviews

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Strong writing, communication, and project/time management skills
- Strong team player with proven ability to work cross functionally to achieve goals and objectives
- Ability to understand and use financial data to make decisions and influence outcome
- Advanced MS Office skills, with specific emphasis on MS Excel
- Ability to work independently under little guidance on multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to be self-directed while working under tight deadlines
- Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization sills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little to no supervision
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Ability to foster a cooperative business environment
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree and a minimum 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience accepted

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday.
