Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Resolving Customer complaints, failed part analysis, ICA/PCA identification, Verification & Implementation.
- Preparing consolidated action plan for customer complaints ( field / user plant) and analyze the trend for improvements.
- Management of Z stages & ensuring adherence of assembly processes to deliver defect free product.
- Pro-actively identify process gaps, concerns and executing corrective measures along with CFT.
- Global demerit audit – for ongoing models & new projects. Maintain test bed & run the engines as per SOP.
- Conducting Product / Process audits & reports circulation to all stake holders as per control plan.
- Conduct QCRT and ensure closure of concerns.
- Establish and sustain Quality Management System as per ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 standard.
