We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Program Manager to join our Operations team. The Assistant Program Manager will support the successful planning, execution, and oversight of various operational programs and projects. This role requires a strong ability to coordinate across multiple teams, manage timelines, and ensure efficient resource allocation to achieve program objectives.

What you’ll do

• Program Support: Assist the Program Manager in the development, implementation, and tracking of operational programs. This includes creating and maintaining project documentation, schedules, and reports.
• Coordination and Communication: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among internal teams (e.g., engineering, product, logistics, sales) and external stakeholders. Organize and lead meetings, document key decisions, and follow up on action items.
• Program Delivery: Monitor program progress and execution against established milestones, ensuring timely delivery of program outcomes and adherence to quality standards.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data related to program performance, operational efficiency, and key metrics. Develop dashboards and reports to provide insights and support decision-making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize existing operational processes and workflows. Contribute to the development and implementation of new procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Risk Management: Support the identification of potential risks and issues that could impact program success. Assist in developing and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Resource Management: Help manage and track program resources, including budget, personnel, and materials, to ensure optimal utilization.
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with all program stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed.

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination, program support, or operations analysis, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Microsoft Project) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Familiarity with operational processes, supply chain management, or logistics is a plus.
