岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

  1. 开发国际空运客户(直客、同行代理、跨境电商等),完成销售目标; Develop new air freight clients (direct customers, freight forwarders, e-commerce sellers, etc.) to achieve sales targets.

  2. 维护现有客户关系,提供定制化物流解决方案,提升客户满意度; Maintain existing client relationships, provide tailored logistics solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  3. 跟进市场动态,分析客户需求,制定销售策略; Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop sales strategies.

  4. 协调操作、客服团队,确保运输方案顺利执行; Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.

  5. 参与行业展会、商务谈判及合同签订。 Attend industry events, conduct business negotiations, and finalize contracts.
