Assistant Sales Manager, Cargo

岗位职责 Job Responsibilities

1. 开发国际空运客户（直客、同行代理、跨境电商等），完成销售目标； Develop new air freight clients (direct customers, freight forwarders, e-commerce sellers, etc.) to achieve sales targets.

2. 维护现有客户关系，提供定制化物流解决方案，提升客户满意度； Maintain existing client relationships, provide tailored logistics solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

3. 跟进市场动态，分析客户需求，制定销售策略； Monitor market trends, analyze customer needs, and develop sales strategies.

4. 协调操作、客服团队，确保运输方案顺利执行； Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution.

5. 参与行业展会、商务谈判及合同签订。 Attend industry events, conduct business negotiations, and finalize contracts.
