Associate / Assistant Manager

Complete responsibility of scrap inward and outward.

Material receipt and issue activities on regular basis.

Reports to:

EHS

Responsibilities / Job Summary

KPIs (Measurable parameters of the role)

1. To Understand the Organization’s EHS Policy, implement and execute the legal requirements at plant level and to ensure zero injury and man days lost due to Occupational diseases/ injuries..

2. Implement and execute the designed framework to attain the objective of EHS policy, Handling the Waste Management as per the PCB guidelines.

3. Coordinate for 3rd party inspections as applicable

Implementation and execute the 5 S standards, Organize QC Projects. HSEE certifications to the equipment.

4. Implement the awareness of Safety at plant level and ensure Zero LTI, Incident investigation and implementation of CAPA.

5. Reduce Carbon Foot prints, ensure zero Occupational decease, Monitoring of workplace Standards as per the guidelines framed,
