We Are Teva
We’re Teva, a leading innovative biopharmaceutical company, enabled by a world-class generics business. Whether it’s innovating in the fields of neuroscience and immunology or delivering high-quality medicine worldwide, we’re dedicated to addressing patients’ needs now and in the future. Here, you will be part of a high-performing, inclusive culture that values fresh thinking and collaboration. You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.
Our Team, Your Impact
Teva Pharmaceutical Industries invites you to take a leading role in shaping the financial backbone of our Global Supply Chain. We are looking for an exceptional finance professional to combine hands-on Supply Chain finance partnering with the leadership of our financial platforms, data, and AI capabilities across Global Procurement and Supply Chain.
About The Role
- This role sits at the heart of Teva Global Operations Finance. You will contribute to key Supply Chain projects and serve as the finance business partner for core processes including inventory, write-offs, and goods-receipt control—bringing rigor, insight, and constructive challenge to how the organization manages critical operational costs, customer service, and balance sheet optimization.
- In addition, you will serve as the financial platforms, data, and AI lead for Supply Chain and Procurement Finance – building the systems, dashboards, and automation that turn fragmented data into decision-ready insight.
- This is a chance to become a key player in Teva’s operational transformation, gaining high visibility across TGO Finance and a cross-organizational perspective on how Teva runs its supply chain.
What You’ll Achieve
- Trusted Supply Chain finance partnership that influences decisions on inventory, write-offs, Cash flow and cost.
- A modern, reliable data and platform foundation that gives Supply Chain and Procurement leadership a single, timely view of performance.
- Represent Finance in GSC transformation and modernization projects
- Measurable efficiency gains through AI and automation of manual, repeatable finance work.
Your Responsibilities
Supply Chain Finance Business Partnering
- Financial control and analysis of inventory, partnering with Supply Chain to drive customer service level and working-capital optimization.
- Write-off analysis and governance: identify root causes, quantify exposure, challenge drivers, and help the organization reduce write-offs across the supply chain.
- Goods-receipt control and optimization processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clean handoffs with Supply chain and Treasury.
- Support the Supply Chain functional budget and the AOP / RF planning cycles with reliable numbers and clear variance insight.
- Act as a credible, proactive finance partner to Supply Chain leadership – challenging assumptions respectfully and keeping the focus on value creation.
Financial Platforms, Data & Analytics
- Lead the design and build of financial platforms and reporting solutions across Supply Chain and Procurement Finance, integrating data from multiple ERP systems into a single, reliable view.
- Overcome data-visibility challenges in a multi-ERP, multi-national environment; centralize and standardize finance data for consistent, trusted reporting.
- Establish KPIs, dashboards, and self-service reporting that give leadership timely, decision-ready insight into cost, inventory, and performance.
AI & Automation
- Champion AI and automation within TGO Finance – continuously asking what can be automated, simplified, or eliminated.
- Bring practical AI and automation solutions into day-to-day finance work, and represent Supply Chain Finance in Teva’s finance AI and modernization agenda.
Finance in Transformation & Modernization Projects
- Represent Finance in Global Supply Chain transformation and modernization initiatives – validating business cases, savings, and financial assumptions before they are committed.
- Ensure financial rigor and accountability across in-flight Supply Chain projects, and provide ongoing transparency on delivery versus plan.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, Accounting, IT/Systems, and GBS to ensure seamless integration and adoption of finance solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption of new platforms and ways of working.
Your Skills and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Information Systems an advantage).
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in finance roles, ideally in Supply Chain / Working Capital / Procurement finance within an international company, with proven exposure to systems, data, and process improvement.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems and the ability to navigate data-integration challenges across multiple platforms.
- Hands-on analytical capability with BI / data-visualization and reporting-automation tools.
- A genuine AI and automation mindset – always looking for what can be simplified, automated, or eliminated.
- Strong process orientation, with the ability to identify sub-optimal processes and implement effective solutions.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project-management skills.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, able to present complex content clearly to different organizational levels.
- Strong ownership attitude, highly self-motivated, and comfortable operating cross-functionally and cross-culturally.
- Very good spoken and written English is a must.
