Associate Lawyer - Banking, Finance & Project Finance

Main responsibilities • Provides legal services in the full spectrum of banking and finance, project finance, including advice in corporate law matters • Assists in structuring, drafting and negotiating financing documentation (loan/bond agreements and various types of security agreements) • Manages project due diligence • Provides advice on complex legal & regulatory compliance issues with financial impact • Assists and/or handles technical and business aspects of transaction closings, having direct client exposure
