Project Coordination & Delivery• Support project planning, scheduling, and coordination across multiple initiatives. • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and subject-matter experts to ensure project milestones are achieved. • Monitor project progress and help ensure deliverables are completed on time and according to agreed quality standards. • Conduct quality checks throughout project delivery and support issue resolution. • Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting minutes, reports, and communication records. • Assist in monitoring project budgets, resource utilization, and financial tracking. • Identify, document, and escalate project risks, issues, and improvement opportunities. • Contribute to project close-out activities, lessons learned, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Business Development Support• Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and client submissions. • Assist in gathering business requirements and translating them into project scopes and implementation plans. • Participate in client meetings and document requirements, action items, and follow-up activities. • Maintain opportunity tracking tools and support sales pipeline management. • Coordinate internally to prepare project estimates, timelines, resource plans, and commercial documentation. • Support the preparation of RFPs, RFQs, and other business development responses. • Contribute to developing case studies, project references, and marketing materials that support future business opportunities. • Build positive client relationships through timely communication and professional follow-up.
