Als Associate Retail Marketing Manager berichtest du an den Retail Marketing Team Lead, und bist für die Planung und Umsetzung der 7P über die von dir verantwortete Marke für alle relevanten Vertriebskanäle (Massenmarkt / Detailhandel) verantwortlich.

Aufgabenbereich:

In Abstimmung mit dem Retail Marketing Team Lead, umfassen deine Aufgaben:

Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Produktneueinführungen und Shopper Marketing Programmen für den Schweizer Markt, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem CEW Consumer Experience Team und anderen Funktionen
Anpassung der Markenpräsenz und von Aktivierungskonzepten und Sortimentsprioritäten an die verschiedenen Handelskanäle, inkl. Definition und Umsetzung der passenden 7P Pläne
Umsetzung des Retail Media Plans für den Detailhandel mit dem lokalen Kundenteam, basierend auf den abgestimmten Prioritäten und Assets
Vorschlag für Planung und Umsetzung des A&P Budgets
Aktive Beobachtung des Marktumfelds, inklusive Bearbeitung von regelmässigen Aufgaben im Tagesgeschäft wie Markt- / Wettbewerbs- und Umsatzanalysen
Aktive Identifizierung von Potenzialen auf nationaler oder kundenspezifischer Ebene (inkl. Preispositionierung), Präsentation von Analysen und Ableitung von Massnahmen
Abstimmung und Umsetzung der Handelspräsentationen für Neuheiten, Relaunches, Markenimage und Potenziale - mit massgeschneiderten und faktenbasierten Storytelling
Bearbeitung internationaler Anfragen und Präsentationserstellung.
Präsentation von Projekten in internen Meetings und gegenüber Kunden

Dein Profil:

Abgeschlossenes Studium (Uni/FH) mit Schwerpunkt Marketing oder Vertrieb
1-2 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich Marketing oder Vertrieb vorteilhaft im FMCG-Umfeld in der Schweiz
Hohe Eigenmotivation und Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen
Kombination von Kreativität und ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten
Hohe Lernbereitschaft, sowie ein eigenständiger und effizienter Arbeitsstil
Deutsch und Englisch fliessend in Wort und Schrift
Französisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Sichere Kenntnisse der gängigen google suite oder MS Office Programme und Datenalayseprogrammen wie Nielsen, IQVIA, Kunden-Scanningdaten
