Job description

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Associate

In this role you will:

Prepare pitch books, information memoranda, management presentations, and other client materials
Day-to-day execution for M&A transactions
Build financial models, conduct financial and industry analysis
Perform due diligence and documentation and participate in negotiation for live transactions
Coordinate with clients, internal teams, legal advisors, accountants, and other professional parties
Work closely with senior bankers to support origination and live transaction execution efforts
Analyze market trends and conduct market research

To be successful you will need:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance or related disciplines with excellent academic results
2+ years of hands-on investment banking experience
Solid understanding of corporate finance concepts
Strong analytical and numerical skills
High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and ability to meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
