Overall Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

• Responsible for providing legendary customer service for pets and pet parents visiting the clinics from upon check-in until payment at the end of a service

Required Qualifications

Experience:  
Customer service or retail experience required
Animal care experience a plus

Education: 
High school diploma required
 

Preferred knowledge, skills or abilities

• Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
• Passion for serving customers

Working Conditions

• Exposure to cats and dogs of all sizes, breeds, and temperaments.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting
• Standing (not walking)
• Walking
• Kneeling/Stooping/Bending
