Automotive General Manager

**Protech Automotive Solutions  **has an immediate job opening for a **General Manager **to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also reward, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous month’s financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. General Managers must ensure our teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with Protech’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.
