Automotive Service Group (ASG) Product Analyst Internship Summer 2026

What You’ll Be Doing: • Support product performance analysis Analyze product usage, adoption, and performance data to help identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement across CCC’s Automotive solutions. Learn how to use product analytics tools, like Pendo, to build funnel insights and identify drop‑off points, friction areas, and moments of user frustration. • Create reports, dashboards, and presentations Use Excel and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau to build clear, compelling reports and presentations that communicate actionable insights to product and business stakeholders. • Assist with customer and market insights Help gather, synthesize, and interpret customer feedback and market research to better understand customer needs, behaviors, and pain points to inform future product enhancements. • Conduct exploratory and ad hoc analysis Assist with analyses related to in-product experiments, A/B testing, feature launches, go-to-market initiatives, and pricing optimization under the guidance of a Senior Product Analyst and direction from senior business leaders.
