BI & Analytics Developer

Role OverviewThis role is responsible for leading the development, governance, and delivery of enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) solutions. You will oversee the BI landscape end-to-end—ensuring scalable architecture, high-performance reporting environments, and strong data modeling standards. The position also plays a key role in collaborating with data engineering teams, driving BI strategy and roadmap, and enabling advanced analytics and AI-driven insights to enhance business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities• Lead the design, development, and governance of enterprise BI solutions • Manage and support the BI platform to ensure stability, scalability, and performance • Define and enforce data modeling standards (e.g., dimensional modeling, best practices) • Design and optimize secure, high-performing dashboards and reporting environments using Power BI • Oversee end-to-end BI architecture, including data sourcing, transformation, and visualization • Collaborate closely with data engineering teams on ETL/ELT processes and data pipelines • Drive evaluation of new tools and technologies and contribute to the BI roadmap • Support and enable AI-driven use cases to enhance BI capabilities and data accessibility • Mentor team members and promote best practices across BI development
