BIM Coordinator - Remote

We're looking for a Senior Architectural BIM Coordinator to own model quality and cross-discipline coordination across our luxury hospitality and residential projects. You'll bridge architecture, structural, and MEP teams — catching conflicts early, enforcing BIM standards, and keeping every project on schedule and buildable. Responsibilities • Develop, review, and maintain high-quality Revit models across architectural projects. • Implement and enforce project BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) aligned with ISO 19650. • Lead multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection using Navisworks Manage. • Manage project data within the Common Data Environment (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including folder structures, naming conventions, and version control. • Conduct systematic QA/QC reviews to ensure models are accurate, buildable, and coordinated. • Oversee creation of Revit families and maintain company templates and libraries. • Support and train team members on BIM workflows and standards. • Translate high-end design intent into coordinated, construction-ready BIM deliverables.
