BIM Manager

JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to lead the Building Information Modeling initiatives within the organization. The successful candidate will manage BIM processes, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure BIM standards are adhered to across all projects, supporting JASARA PMC's commitment to delivering high-quality social infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Responsibilities • Develop and implement BIM execution plans aligned with project requirements and industry standards. • Manage BIM models ensuring accuracy, coordination, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle. • Coordinate with design, engineering, and construction teams to integrate BIM workflows effectively. • Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and improve model quality. • Provide BIM training and support to project teams to enhance BIM adoption and capability. • Stay updated with latest BIM technologies, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper data management and digital delivery requirements are met.
