BMC Helix Administrator-Remote

As a Helix Administrator at Müller’s Solutions, you will oversee the management and optimization of our Helix environments, ensuring that the development and production systems function seamlessly. This role requires a strong understanding of the Helix platform, managing code repositories, builds, and deployments efficiently. You will work closely with development teams to implement best practices in version control and CI/CD processes, while also providing support to ensure that our systems remain reliable and performant.   Key Responsibilities: • Administer and maintain Helix Core server environments, managing users, repositories, and permissions. • Implement and optimize workflows for code branching, merging, and release management within Helix. • Monitor system performance and conduct health checks to ensure high availability and responsiveness. • Collaborate with development teams on best practices for version control and code integration. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Helix, providing timely support to end-users. • Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning for Helix repositories. • Document processes, configurations, and system changes in line with company policies. • Stay updated on Helix platform advancements and provide recommendations for enhancements.
