In this remote position, you will be responsible for deploying, configuring, and supporting BMC Helix applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise will help drive efficiency and enhance the user experience with our IT Service Management processes.   Key Responsibilities: • Install, configure, and maintain BMC Helix applications and modules based on business requirements. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BMC Helix functionality and performance. • Manage system integrations, developing and maintaining workflows and automated processes. • Provide technical assistance and training to users regarding BMC Helix functionalities and best practices. • Monitor system performance and troubleshoot to ensure optimal operation and availability. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement changes to streamline IT operations. • Document processes, solutions, and system changes for compliance and future reference. • Stay current with BMC Helix updates and best practices to ensure the platform's capabilities are fully utilized.
