Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter

We are seeking a results-driven Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter with experience recruiting healthcare professionals across Latin America (LATAM). This role is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is proactive and able to quickly source, engage, and place qualified talent while upholding high standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities:• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing healthcare professionals • Work under tight deadlines in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Source candidates across LATAM using job boards, social media, referrals, and direct outreach • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Ensure compliance with healthcare staffing regulations and internal policies • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates
