Bilingual Medical Scribe - Ophtalmology

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Bilingual Medical Scribe (Spanish/English) with a strong background in ophthalmology to support providers in a fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with real-time (live) scribing and be comfortable working closely with doctors during patient visits.

Key Responsibilities:• Provide real-time (live) medical scribing during patient encounters in ophthalmology settings • Accurately document patient history, examinations, procedures, and treatment plans in the EMR • Accompany physicians during consultations and exams, using an iPad for documentation • Ensure all medical records are complete, accurate, and compliant with healthcare regulations • Assist with chart completion and workflow efficiency to support providers • Maintain strict patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines • Collaborate effectively with providers and clinical staff
