ROLE SUMMARY  The Recruiter - Talent Acquisition Specialist is a key operational role within the Human Resources department of Mangone Law Firm, LLC. This position is responsible for executing and supporting end-to-end recruiting processes for both remote and U.S.-based on-site positions. Key objectives include designing candidate profiles, publishing vacancies, actively sourcing talent, managing multi-stage interview calendars, and administering candidate assessments. Operating under an "Above the Line" mindset, the person in this role must maintain an outstanding level of attention to detail, responsiveness, and organization. Every operational task—from creating a profile avatar to scheduling a technical test—directly ensures that incoming talent meets the firm's strict quality standards and cultural values, actively driving our mission to change lives.
