Job SummaryWe are hiring a high-performing Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote cold calling job focused on booking appointments for residential solar consultations. This is a high-volume outbound sales role where success is driven by discipline, consistency, and the ability to follow a proven process. You will be responsible for engaging homeowners, qualifying them for solar programs, and scheduling consultations for the closing team. Key Responsibilities• Make 300+ outbound calls daily using a power dialer • Qualify homeowners and book 2–4 appointments per day • Follow structured scripts and a proven sales process • Handle objections and build rapport with potential customers • Conduct follow-ups via calls and SMS to improve appointment show rates • Accurately log activities and notes in CRM systems • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly KPIs
