Channel Management & Sales Growth: • Serve as the primary point of contact for daily communication and relationship management with agents/distributors of medical aesthetics products (including hyaluronic acid fillers and other injectables). • Proactively drive collaboration progress, resolve issues, and achieve mutual sales targets. • Assist in formulating and executing regional sales strategies and promotional plans to enhance sales performance and market share.
B. Client Engagement & Market Development: • Conduct client visits, product seminars, and demonstrations to introduce and explain company products, building brand reputation and facilitating sales. • Maintain and strengthen long-term, positive relationships with assigned key accounts and potential clients. • Plan and implement local marketing and promotional events, ensuring effective execution and maximum impact.
C. Market Intelligence & Strategic Support: • Systematically collect, organize, and analyze feedback from the market, clients, and end-users to support product optimization and business decisions. • Conduct thorough research on competitor activities, pricing, products, and marketing strategies. • Monitor and gather information on market trends, regulations, and new opportunities within the medical aesthetics industry.
D. Analysis, Reporting & Administration: • Analyze and forecast market potential for the responsible territory; develop and manage detailed sales plans and forecasts. • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, product feedback, market analysis, and promotional activity results. • Complete other sales management and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
