Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Hybrid

We at Rebound Therapies are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in expanding our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) program to assist individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other neurological/behavioral needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for: • Conducting initial assessments and functional behavior assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) • Supervising and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff members • Collaborating with families, caregivers, and other service providers to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to treatment • Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed • Providing ongoing support and guidance to families and caregivers • Staying up to date with the latest research and best practices in ABA • All time Paid: 65% billable hours during your workweek, 35% non-billable hours
