We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will own and build EXUS’s brand presence, awareness, and credibility across priority markets, ensuring EXUS is visible, trusted, and recognizable before any sales engagement.

Responsibilities:• Own EXUS brand positioning and narrative across all channels • Lead brand awareness initiatives and campaigns • Create and manage LinkedIn content strategy (company + leadership) • Develop thought leadership content: • Articles, interviews, PR pieces • Videos, podcasts, and industry commentary

• Manage PR activities and external publications • Position EXUS experts as industry thought leaders • Drive employer branding initiatives: • Cultural storytelling • Talent attraction content

• Work closely with the Head of Marketing on campaigns and approvals
