In this role, you will be at the core of our day-to-day brokerage operations — managing account processes, coordinating cross-functional workflows, and ensuring seamless service continuity across shifts. This is a high-frequency, fast-paced environment that rewards strong process discipline, clear communication, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Job Responsibilities• Handle daily operational requests related to account management and deposit/withdrawal processes, ensuring timely and accurate execution. • Coordinate closely with internal departments including CS, Sales, Risk, Finance, and BIT teams to facilitate smooth operational workflows. • Follow up on operational cases with efficiency and precision, maintaining a high standard of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. • Support shift-based operational coverage to ensure consistent and stable service quality across all operating hours. • Participate in process optimisation, operational monitoring, and workflow improvement initiatives to enhance team performance. • Identify and escalate operational anomalies or risks in a timely manner, contributing to a proactive risk management culture. • Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with internal compliance and audit requirements. • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to streamline repetitive processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
