• Review daily production schedules and ensures the raw materials required are available • Follow process instructions and accurately adds raw materials to reactors • Perform routine observation of product during the process to ensure batch quality. Report any out-of-spec raw material, premixes or mixed batches and consults with Quality personnel on any batch adjustments. • Properly cleans out reactors • Operate fork trucks, palletizers, scales, pumps and other material handling equipment to transport raw material and finished product • Transferring product into various containers including tanks, tank trucks, tote bins, drums etc. • Perform building and equipment preventative maintenance • Manages Autonomous Maintenance activities • Understand and performs Lock/Out, Tag/Out (LOTO) • Completes paperwork and enter batch information into SAP • Perform other duties as assigned
