We are looking for a Business Analyst who will be part of the IT Nexus Team. This team is responsible for the bidirectional flow of order and product data both into and out of Oracle, ensuring a strong connection between Garmin's web and enterprise applications. We provide a streamlined process to allow web connected applications to focus on what they do best, the customer experience, ensuring that web orders seamlessly flow into Garmin's enterprise business applications. We believe that collaboration leads to the best ideas, and we rely heavily on team interaction. As a role based in Cluj-Napoca, this position will require 5 days in the office each week.
Responsibilities
• Gathers and documents detailed requirements for business needs and is able to determine moderately complex solution design with input from others. • Translates business needs into detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting functional documentation. • Leads conversation with business stakeholders and users on needs and goals. • Translates complex business requirements into functional designs. • Identifies interdependencies in applications and teams supporting those applications. • Helps with backlog grooming, story scrubbing, and planning with PO and SM. • Supports developers on most questions about solution requirements and functional design. • Performs moderate troubleshooting. • Organizes demos and handles testing session with QA and the business. • Conducts functional reviews of assigned work items to ensure requirements are complete, accurate, and testable, and performs manual testing to validate the implemented functionality against business requirements. • Identifies more advanced test scenarios and adequately test customizations and configurations (with QA). • Helps on releases coordination.
