Your role: You will be at the forefront of advancing future clinical trial solutions within our Digital, Data & IT team for Healthcare R&D. In this exciting role, you will help establish and optimize an innovative in-house operating model for clinical trials, uniting multiple internal systems into a streamlined platform. Your expertise will drive the definition of system requirements and data structures critical for designing and evolving clinical operations technology. Collaborating closely with business process owners, internal teams, and external partners, you will ensure alignment of system configurations that empower smoother workflows and enhance data transparency. Your leadership will be key in setting data standards, orchestrating data flows, and establishing seamless integrations that underpin daily clinical trial activities. You will also champion user enablement, promoting adoption and efficiency throughout the organization. By integrating cutting-edge AI technologies, you will contribute to transforming clinical trial operations and accelerating healthcare innovation. Your work will have a lasting impact on how clinical trials are managed, improving the quality and speed of delivering new therapies to patients. This position is preferably based in Spain, Barcelona, but other locations in Spain may also be considered.

 

Who you are:

You hold a Master's degree in a relevant field.
You have at least 5 years of experience in clinical trial management or related roles with a focus on clinical systems.
You bring a proven track record of managing IT projects or acting as a business requirements engineer within the healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors.
You have deep knowledge of regulatory requirements, including GxP and other key guidelines.
You are proficient in industry data standards and data integration techniques.
You possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
You are skilled at building consensus and driving cross-functional collaboration.
You are motivated by innovation and continuous improvement in clinical operations.
