About the Role: • The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to ensure accurate implementation and alignment with project goals. • The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to gather business requirements for various projects • Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to elicit detailed and accurate requirements • Analyse collected information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and potential challenges • Create clear and concise requirement documents, including functional/non-functional specifications, use cases, process flows, and user stories • Assist in prioritisation and validation of requirements with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives • Participate in review sessions with stakeholders and project teams to ensure an accurate understanding of requirements • Support the resolution of requirement-related conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure proper implementation of requirements • Maintain and update the requirement documentation throughout the project lifecycle • Analyze current business processes ("As-Is") and design optimized future-state workflows ("To-Be"). • Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the final product meets the defined business requirements and acceptance criteria. • Create high-quality documentation, including User Stories, Process Flow Diagrams, and Functional Specifications.
